The Mystic Dreamer Tea is special blend of organic herbs to bring restful sleep, enhance vivid dreams, and encourage lucid dreaming. Many of the herbs work together to encourage dreaming, Mugwort is a main active ingredient that is often used to encourage lucid dreaming and for dream magic.

The best part of this tea experience is the butterfly pea flower: it turns your tea a lovely shade of purple-blue.

Drink 1-3 cups before bed. Use 1-2 tbs for each cup of tea. This tea has a bright citrus flavor. Would be good iced or hot.
